A huge thank you to everyone that attended on Saturday. A great party is only as good as its guests and you all made it *fantastic*! It was so great seeing everyone. My only regret is that there wasn't enough time for longer conversations. I couldn't have done it without the committee. Thanks to Kath, Les, Carrie & Betty for your enormous support. I'm retiring from reunion planning. If anyone else is interested, it is yours to have. Thanks again for making Saturday a night to remember!  My Best, Julie

Tickets and Dress Code

Just a reminder for those of you who have RSVP'ed and paid, no actual tickets have been issued. Your name has been added to the guest list and you will be checked in at the registration table. Dress code is dressy casual. Thanks and we'll see you on Saturday.

Deadline Extended to June 10th!

posted May 15, 2011, 5:20 PM by Julie Johnston   [ updated May 15, 2011, 5:25 PM ]

Thanks to all of you who RSVP'ed and purchased tickets! We have had several people ask us to extend the ticket purchase deadline for a variety of reasons (pregnancies, travel, etc.). We spoke to Marisa's and they agreed since we reached their minimum. You now have until Friday, June 10th, to RSVP and submit payment. If you haven't done so yet, you can do so here. We have a great group of people coming so far, just over 100. Let's try and get those classmates still on the fence to attend as well. We have 26 days to work on them.  It promises to be a great time! Thank you again.

Why You Should Come

posted Apr 28, 2011, 11:10 AM by Julie Johnston   [ updated May 9, 2011, 1:15 PM ]

Thanks to everyone that has RSVP’ed. If you have not purchased your tickets yet, or if you have RSVP’ed “yes” but not yet paid, please remember to do so by May 14th. We have a great group attending so far. If you have decided not to come or are on the fence, please reconsider.

It is always hard to select a date for these types of things. We thought it would be fun to have it exactly twenty years to the weekend that we graduated. This is, unfortunately, also Father’s Day weekend but we hope that you will still have your Sunday available to celebrate. For all you dads out there, it’s a perfect excuse for you to lay in bed, recovering, the day afterwards!

We graduated twenty years ago with an extremely unique, talented and successful group of people. In addition to our shared background of having grown up in the 06611, in the twenty years that have passed, an immense amount has happened to shape us into the adults we are today. Did you know that among us are: an Olympic skeleton racer, a TV producer, an architect, an oncology nurse practitioner, an acupuncturist, a veterinarian, a production designer, a Princeton valedictorian, a backyard chicken farmer, a feather salesman, a chiropractor, a nutritionist, a personal trainer as well as many teachers, lawyers, doctors, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, bankers, Ph.D’s, writers, social workers, presidents of companies, consultants, engineers, stay-at-home moms. We are married, divorced, remarried, single. We are moms and dads, aunts and uncles. We have been through really difficult times as well as great ones, each person’s path making them the individual they are today. Tragically, we have lost Dean Kalmanides, Cynthia Whitney, Christine Cassells, Michael Kaplanka, and Paulo Monteiro.

Let me wax sentimental for a moment and say that I, for one, am looking forward to seeing you all and learning about what the past twenty years have been like for you. The quality of a party depends entirely on the quality of people who attend. The more we have from our class, the better this will be. From our Class Characteristics list, come and find out if Lee is still talkative (she is), if Linda is still gorgeous (she is), if Betty and Travis are still a couple (they are). You only have your twenty year reunion once in your life. Hope to see you there! -- Julie

Help Us Find These Classmates

We have successfully managed to notify about 3/4ths of the 330 or so classmates of ours.  We need your help in finding and notifying the rest.  If you know the contact info of any of the people below, please send it along to us via email or the Contact page or, alternatively, feel free to tell them yourselves about our reunion and this website and then let us know that you've contacted them so we don't continue to try and stalk them. We appreciate your help greatly.  Looks like a good turn out so far! Hoping it's going to be a great time.
